Contest Rules
-Any submitted song must be the sole intellectual property of the contestant
-Publishing rights will be retained by the composer
-Royalties will be paid to the composer per industry standards (Harry Fox Agency)
-Mechanical licensing fees will be paid by RocketDog Music
-No family member and/or acquaintance of Cede or RocketDog Music is eligible
-Submissions must be received on or before September 30, 2011

You can submit your mp3 or wav formatted song by email or by sending a disc to RocketDog Music. (Please include a lyric sheet.)
Make sure you have copyrighted your work prior to sending!!!

RocketDog Music and Cede retain the right to disqualify songs for any reason. The composer of a disqualified song will be notified along with an explanation
for the disqualification. Musical arrangements will be constructed by Cede. Legal forms will be sent to the winner and must be filled out and returned by the
specified deadline. Airline travel will be between San Jose International Airport and any U.S. Airport. (Sorry...no international travel.) Submitted discs will not
be returned. All studio fees will be paid by RocketDog Music. The recording date will be in November, 2011. We will do our best to schedule a date that best
suits the contest winner but reasonable flexibility is a must!
